Cleland Powell, III
Cleland Powell, III is a graduate of Tulane University, where he obtained B.A. in English and Economics. He also earned a M.B.A. from Emory University Gouzetta School.
Powell is currently the Executive Vice President and Senior Commercial Manager at Iberia Bank and is involved in many current civic activities. He is currently on the board of directors for Louisiana Cancer Research Center, Blueprint for Louisiana, Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, the National World War II Museum, Tulane University Presidents Council, and others.
Powell has received numerous awards and honors for his outstanding work around Louisiana, including the 1983 and 1991 Charles Keller, Jr. Award for Outstanding Volunteer in Agency Relations in at United Way, the 1997 TOP Award from the Family Service of Greater New Orleans in, the 2012 Inspired Cross Award from Daughters of Charity and more.
