Dolleen Licciardi, M.D.
Dr. Licciardi was born in New Orleans and graduated from LSU Medical School. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 1986. Dr. Licciardi is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is in private practice in Destrehan, Louisiana.
Dr. Licciardi was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Health Education Authority of Louisiana in September of 2008. She is currently President-elect of the Louisiana State Medical Society and is a past President of the Jefferson Parish Medical Society. Dr. Licciardi is also a member of the; American Medical Association, American Academy of Pediatrics , Louisiana Academy of Pediatrics, Greater New Orleans Pediatric Society, Alpha Omega Alpha, and Tau Beta Pi.
Dr. Licciardi served on the East Jefferson General Hospital Medical Executive Committee in 2012-2013 and is a past Vice Chair and Chief of Pediatrics East Jefferson General Hospital and St. Jude Medical Center (now Ochsner-Kenner).
Among Dr. Licciardi’s charitable and communities activities are: The Walter & Edwina Licciardi Annual Scholarship Award, Our Lady of Perpetual Help School; Jefferson Physician’s Foundation; St. Charles Community Education and the Hahnville and Destrehan High School Mentorship and Lectures Program
